-via our online portal, by filling out the form under the 'Online administration’ tab, even without logging into your account (although, for quicker administration, we advise you to submit requests after registering and logging into your account)
-by email (you can find our email address under ‘Contacts’)
We advise you to submit any queries or requests online, to avoid the waiting time that you may encounter when contacting us by phone, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
After registering on our online portal and logging into your account, you have the opportunity to:
-access our online booking system 24 hours a day and book the available appointments
-submit prior notifications, if you intend to access medical care you have organised; or reimbursement claims after the care, and upload the necessary documents
