Holiday opening hours

Dear Clients,

Please be informed that on the 23rd of December 2024 and on the 31st of December 2024 our care organiser call centre will only be available between 8am and 4pm.

Our online appointment booking portal will continue to operate as usual during this period, so our insured clients can continue to book appointments for various examinations 24 hours a day on the portal after registration. Additionally, care organisation requests can also be submitted through our website (under ’Contact’ tab) or via email.

We would like to inform you that during the festive season most of our healthcare provider partners will be closed or have reduced opening hours and limited services.

Our medical call centre will be available as usual during the festive season.
